But before I became a healer, I was someone searching for love, safety, and belonging myself.

My Story — The Journey That Shaped My Purpose

For years, I lived with deep, unspoken attachment wounds.
They made me feel unseen, unheard, and never fully chosen.
These wounds shaped everything , my relationships, my confidence, and even the way I breathed. I became the girl who over-gave, overworked, overthought ,
living in a constant state of hypervigilance,
always in masculine survival mode,
rarely in my feminine softness. Feeling unloved, fearing betrayal, pleasing everyone, chasing worthiness ,these patterns weren’t my personality.

They were symptoms of an insecure attachment system holding on for safety. The day I understood this truth, everything shifted. I realised:
It wasn’t me. It was my wound.
And wounds can be healed.
My healing journey brought me back to my body, my breath, and the emotional safety I had long lost.

It taught me that love doesn’t have to be chaotic, fearful, or confusing.
It can be secure, warm, and steady. Today, this understanding is the heart of my work — helping others break these patterns and feel safe, loved, and whole again.

My Purpose

My mission is simple and sacred:
To help you heal your heart, rewire your attachment patterns, and rewrite the story you tell yourself about love and self-worth. I guide you to:
