I Wasn’t Always This Calm, Secure & Grounded in Love

For years, I lived with emotional chaos—caught in a loop of anxious and avoidant behaviors. I’d chase love, then push it away. I feared abandonment, yet couldn’t tolerate real closeness. 

My relationships were filled with overthinking, emotional highs and lows, and deep self-doubt. What I didn’t know back then was that I was living with disorganized attachment and unhealed emotional trauma. I tried to be perfect, to please, to keep people from leaving—but inside, I felt lost and unsafe. But I chose to break the cycle. 

Since 2020, I’ve been on a deep healing journey—investing in therapy, trauma-informed training, nervous system work, soul healing, and mindset transformation. I’ve unpacked 20+ years of emotional baggage and shifted from fear to emotional freedom. Today, I don’t just teach this work—I embody it.

I’ve moved from survival mode to secure love, emotional regulation, and aligned living. And now, I help others do the same.
